A massive thank you to Myreside Management!

On Friday afternoon they saved me from a huge disaster. I dropped all my keys down the drain in the car park. I desperately tried to retrieve them – to no avail. In desperation I phoned Keith at Myreside, who leapt into action. He found an employee nearby “wee Steven” who raced round within 10 minutes. He delved into the muck and detritus with a litter picker determined to find said keys. Joy! He found them all – what a hero!

Myreside certainly lived up to their promise to “go the extra mile”. I can’t imagine any other factor being so kind and quick. I was even able to make my dentist appointment, saving me a £25 fine and all the other expense of replacing keys.

Our Story

The company was founded by Peter & Fiona Goddard. After witnessing the poor level of service offered by the factoring company responsible for the development they lived in, Mr Goddard set about rallying owners and formed an Owners’ Association.

Two years after the formation, the AGM voted that Mr Goddard form his own management company to factor the development.

Since that day,the aim and ethics of the company have always remained the same, that is to provide the sort of service the founding directors had demanded and expected from their then factors, and not let the company grow too fast and out of proportion.

You might have heard in passing, the thought that running a Property Factor is “a license to print money, perhaps even seen advertising for ‘foreign properties and investments’. Some factors diversify into financial ventures and arrange over expensive works. Well not Myreside.

We really are just about you and your building, offering a fair, even “old fashioned” service. We are a smaller, local and far more personal company, this all comes together and makes us recession proof and ensures our core focus is always on providing an excellent factoring service and saving you money wherever we can.
