A massive thank you to Myreside Management!

On Friday afternoon they saved me from a huge disaster. I dropped all my keys down the drain in the car park. I desperately tried to retrieve them – to no avail. In desperation I phoned Keith at Myreside, who leapt into action. He found an employee nearby “wee Steven” who raced round within 10 minutes. He delved into the muck and detritus with a litter picker determined to find said keys. Joy! He found them all – what a hero!

Myreside certainly lived up to their promise to “go the extra mile”. I can’t imagine any other factor being so kind and quick. I was even able to make my dentist appointment, saving me a £25 fine and all the other expense of replacing keys.

Our Story

Myreside Management was founded in 2000 with a simple aim – to provide a higher standard of property management.

The company’s origins lie in a residential development where Owners were dissatisfied with the level of service being provided by the appointed managing agent. Working together through their Owners’ Association, a different approach to property management emerged – one centred on professionalism, transparency and accountability.

Over the past 25 years, Myreside has grown into an established independent property factor serving developments across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Our success has been built on the trust of our Owners and the dedication, professionalism and commitment of our Directors and employees, whose collective contribution has shaped the business we are today.

While the property management sector has evolved considerably over the years, our commitment to delivering a professional, responsive and dependable service has remained constant. You might have heard in passing, the thought that running a Property Factor is “a license to print money, perhaps even seen advertising for ‘foreign properties and investments’. Some factors diversify into financial ventures and arrange over expensive works. Well not Myreside.

We really are just about you and your building, offering a fair, even “old fashioned” service.
