It is a statutory requirement which basically checks the safety of the lift.
How do I make a claim?
Just contact us and we’ll assist you every step of the way, Myreside Management work alongside owners to ensure insurance premiums rises are minimal by monitoring any contract work, ensuring the work is done well and cost effectively. Sometimes our own maintenance team can do the work, further reducing the cost of hiring expensive contractors. We’ll even tender out the work if you want for comparison.
How often do you visit a property?
A property manager makes regular site inspections and post site reports to our online portal. The cleaning and maintenance team also attend your building weekly. They proceed with an extremely high specification of cleaning as well as report on your property and any maintenance issues that may exist.

Why have a dedicated cleaning, gardening and maintenance team?
Most factors use a contracted external company to clean and maintain the building. Our dedicated team is a more cost efficient way of doing things. Why pay a contractor £80 to have a light bulb swapped out when our team will spot this and do it whilst making your building spotless on a weekly basis. We are all about common sense and looking for the most cost effective ways to save you money. We do of course need to hire specialist contractors when the work is outside our teams remit.
How do I change Property Factor?

What is an owners’ association?
An owners’ association in respect to a property is a formal group of owners who effectively assist in the coordination of the management of a property, making decisions and working alongside the factor. Some properties may be too small to have a factor but still have formed an official owners’ association.
