Myreside Management is an established and growing, independently owned property management company, providing professional factoring services to residential developments across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Established in 2000, we have over 25 years’ experience in property management. While the business has grown and evolved considerably during that time, our focus remains on providing a professional, responsive and dependable service to the Owners and developments we manage.

Myreside is led by Directors who are actively involved in the day-to-day business, providing a close connection between the decisions we make and the service we deliver. This hands-on approach allows us to remain responsive while taking a long-term view of both our business and the developments entrusted to us.

Our Property Management team is supported by colleagues across Accounts, Cleaning, Gardening and Maintenance, providing a comprehensive approach to the day-to-day management and upkeep of the developments in our care.

We believe effective property management means being visible, engaged and proactive across the developments we manage.

Through our Property Management, Cleaning, Gardening and Maintenance teams, Myreside has a regular presence across the developments we manage, typically with one or more of our teams on site each week. This provides valuable additional oversight, with our staff encouraged to identify and report maintenance requirements or other issues they observe while carrying out their duties.

Our Property Managers work closely with these teams, helping us to identify and address issues proactively rather than relying solely on Owners to bring matters to our attention.

Our uniformed Maintenance team is equipped to undertake a range of routine repairs and minor works directly, allowing straightforward issues to be dealt with efficiently without always requiring the involvement of an external contractor.

This joined-up, hands-on approach gives us greater visibility across the developments we manage and helps us respond to issues in a practical and timely manner.

Water Leak Protection System

Myreside Management has developed its own Water Leak Protection System, helping to protect more than 250 properties across Edinburgh from the potentially significant damage and disruption caused by escape of water.

The system is insurance approved and provides an additional level of protection for properties, helping to reduce the risk of water damage and associated insurance claims.
