Our pricing plan only includes visits, bulbs and tubes replacement.
If complete light fittings or control equipment needs replacement then we we will provide a quotation.

Lights Out?

Myreside Management will act for individual repairs of tenement stair lighting replacing up to 4 bulbs for a fixed fee of £36.00

If you subsequently sign up to any of our fixed price contracts, we’ll refund the fee in full.

Our stair maintenance service requires a majority of owners within your tenement to sign up to our annual contract. Once signed we’ll be at your beck and call, with a 24 hour work day turnaround on repairs with no call out charges & unlimited bulb and tube replacements.
